It was clear from my very first project with Sikana in 2012 that client satisfaction was the top priority. Kick-off meetings are often held to get everyone on board, and extensive documentation and sample materials are provided. Client feedback is always communicated in a timely manner to correct any minor missteps along the way. Because Sikana is such a great company to work for, many of the same writers and editors choose to work on project after project. Solid group dynamics are already in place at the start of each development effort, so everyone can fully focus on the task at hand. The scope of some of the projects I’ve worked on has been extremely large, sometimes consisting of thousands of items and hundreds of passages. Over the past four years, I’ve seen the same clients return again and again, which is perhaps the best indication of just how committed Sikana is to developing unique assessment content that is in line with the client’s vision.
